I registered to get the full version of the software, where do I download it?

You do'nt need to download a new version of the program, the program unlocks for the user you have paid for. After paying with credit card or PayPal you are redirected to a page where you are supposed to enter your trial username. This will unlock the program.

I entered my usrename, but the registration page did not accept it!

Did you create a trial user? If not click here to create a user, then try to register it again.
Did you use that username to register?

I submitted to all engines, why is my site not listed?

The time taken for your site to appear varies greatly. It may be instant, or it may take several months depending on the engine. Submitting your site to an engine does not guarantee that it will be listed. Some engines review all submissions manually and the administrators can add or reject your submission at his discretion without notice.
